Lumbar Recovery Cushion
Three things happen at once, and that's the point. Warmth loosens the lower back, vibration works the muscle either side of the spine, and an airbag lifts gently under the curve so the whole area opens rather than compresses.
Thirty minutes, then it shuts itself off. Contoured memory foam holds its shape under load, and the cord is long enough to reach a bed, a sofa or a desk chair without rearranging the room.
Use it
- After a long sitting day, flat on the floor or the bed
- Behind the lower back in a desk chair, on the lowest setting
- After training, before you stiffen up
In the box
Cushion, mains adapter, 118″ cord. One-touch start; hold for manual mode.
What it doesn't do
It isn't a medical device and it won't fix a structural back problem. It warms and works the muscle for half an hour, which for most desk-bound backs is the thing that was missing. If you have a diagnosed spinal condition, ask your doctor before using it.
