Resistance Band with Handles

One band, two moulded handles, a door anchor and an ankle strap. That's deliberately all of it — a single band you'll actually use beats a set of five that live in a drawer.

Anchors to any door that closes, so rows, presses, pull-aparts and glute work all happen in the same square metre of floor. Rolls up small enough for a carry-on.

Use it

• Shoulder and upper-back work at a desk, twice a day
• Warm-up before lifting, when the gym rack is busy
• Whole session in a hotel room

What it doesn't do

It won't replace heavy loading if that's your goal. What it does is make the twenty minutes you'd otherwise skip completely frictionless — which over a year is the part that counts.
