We describe every product as accurately as we can, including what it does not do. Images are representative; colours vary slightly between screens. We may correct errors in pricing or description and cancel an affected order with a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if payment cannot be authorised, or if we suspect fraud.
