Where we ship from

Orders are dispatched from a warehouse in the United States. We chose US-warehoused suppliers deliberately — at these prices, waiting three weeks for a parcel from overseas is not an acceptable experience.

How long it takes

Processing takes up to 1 business day. After that:

• United States — 3 to 8 business days, tracked
• Everywhere else — 7 to 14 business days, tracked

The estimate shown on each product page is specific to that item. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email us and we will chase it.

Duties and import taxes

Orders delivered outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

We can change a delivery address before dispatch — email us quickly. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, tell us within 30 days of dispatch and we will replace it or refund it.
