Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund.

What we accept

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with any accessories included. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on items used against the skin or scalp once opened — the Gua Sha Tool, the Scalp Massage Combs and the Cooling Rest Cap. If one of those arrives faulty or damaged we replace or refund it in full, and you do not need to send it back.

How to start a return

Email hello@nuovivo.store with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply within one business day and send a prepaid return label.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping — on faulty items and on change-of-mind returns alike. You are not charged to send something back.

Refund timing

Once your return reaches the warehouse we process the refund within 3 business days, back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5–10 days to show it.
